Driven by his passion to pour into the aspiring saxophonist, Robert Young is committed to teaching the saxophone in a clear, effective, and practical way. His students have been presented with awards honors at the Music Teacher’s National Association (MTNA) Competitions, Marine Band Young Artist Competition, North American Saxophone Alliance Competitions, and North Carolina All-State Bands. Robert Young also serves as the Associate Professor of Saxophone at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts.
